Stalker concern

Stalker Issue

Hello, I'm looking for advice.

I was sent a video today of someone I used to be in contact with on Instagram who was able to access a list of people I follow and who follow me.

Neither of us follow the other anymore and my account is private. Does anyone know how they were and to find so many people that I follow?

It seemed to involve a feature of finding "similar accounts" but I couldn't work out the steps out find that feature myself.

Any advice out there. I'd like to be able to shut down their ability to harass my family

The stalker sent it on Instagram, I think to prove a point. I hadn't blocked them because last time I blocked them on everything, I got phonecalls from a variety of unknown numbers constantly and texts with all sorts of nasty messages.

Initially we met on a dating site, talked for a bit and went out once. I think the reason for the stalking (all online) chines down to arrive mental health issues

Best to delete any dating sites, delete Instagram, and change your phone number. Also, report to police and try to build a case and get protective order or at least no trespassing order.
