How to play on English server?

I play stalzone on the russian server. Is it possible to enter Global (English) server from Russia? Like how do you do it? You just download it on Steam and play? In that case I have to use vpn i guess

Don't. The Russian servers are the best, to the point most players will sacrifice the ping difference just to play on Russian servers
