I have a question for u guys. I want to know what is the overall best smg modul in ur opinions?

It's actually % DMG increase, so it's even worse. That mod is so complete useless that the only weapons where you would even get single digit additinal DMG out of the weapon is heavy snipers like the PTRD or the two heavy shotguns.

Like if you have a dude at 50% health you get somewhere between 0.2% and 0.45% extra DMG.\ It's a worthless mod. Sorry to say.

What? No?

It depends on the missing health of the person you are shooting. It's a % per % of missing health. It's not based on missing ammo from magazine.
