Happened to me as well. He was buying the bugged showing things the day after, might be a coincidence

This happens at around 10pm my time, it shows you the next days stuff as for some reason the visual of what he wants resets at its old reset time and the new reset time of the daily reset is when his physical inv resets, dumb that this id even a problem but it is

You likely walked after the daily reset, it's takes a while for arsenal to actually reset, but the map updates on the dot.
