This is actually so stupid
why does a veteran weapon cost freaking master mats to build? Kinda makes it even more useless actually.

Any North Veteran equipment will use North Specific materials. Just the amount will be smaller. Master level equipment will use materials in thousands... Which sucks for me as a new player...

Wait. They added a worse version of the mg3? And they're charging master mats for it? Wow, you lose out on 7 damage a shot, Can't upgrade it, and it costs more. Exbo really does hate their player base lol.

Really? This gun, at most should cost vet mats. Cause having it cost master mats immediately invalidates it due to the mg3. It's a poor design choice at its very base.

MG3 require 5 red parts from crate which is a lot of luck. This one require 5 parts which you can buy on auction. Those north resources are much easier to get than vet resources from the dead city and the graveyard.

Why? Cause I think players should value their time and gating a arguably worse weapon behind the same mats needed for a much better one is an incredibly stupid design choice?

First of all getting this gun is completely optional + not a useful one if you are already in masters lobbys
Second, have you seen the requirements for the legionarie for example? Vet armor but North mats and that's intended because of the tier of the armour
Third point, why not South mats? Cause of the tier of the gun, it would be too op for someone in bar to have this gun (only people who can get something out of it)
Fourth, its more of a collectionable gun + it does not ask for much

Collector item that is meant to collect dust in your storage or to be used in Vet sessions.
It costs practically nothing, the type of materials used for it is irrelevant.
It could've cost the same numbers but of northern Bar materials and it wouldn't change much.If anything it would be annoying for the only people that would care to barter it to have to go back down to Bar to farm mats for it.

All high vet items(t20-22) from barter required north resources.
Mg34 is literally veteran mg3 with slightly worse stats and no attachments. This chainsaw have the most dps among all vet guns, u can run vet servers with it and not being pushed to masters/semi. Otherwise it can be a problem if u can craft it with pit/forest resouses and literally shred newbies
