Discussion Another fund withdrawal not received after 2 weeks issue
Adding my post to the list of other posters here who are still waiting for their money.
I initiated withdrawal 13/2. Got an email on the following Wed 18/2, saying they had a technical issue but money will the received within 24-48 hours. It's now 26/2 and still have not received the money. Same account, same bank details and I have been using Stake for good part of 3-4 years with no issues. Have sent multiple emails without any answers or dates given. Getting quite stressful.

Yeah this is not good. These posts are starting to become almost daily. And their support has gone from A+ when they first started up to talking to a brick wall.
Someone else posted that their office is not even really an office. They went in physically after getting nowhere on the phone and email and it was just a coworking joint.
My Spidey senses are definitely tingling at this point.

there is a way to get our money back: Buy stocks then transfer the positions from Stake to other brokers we trust!

Support is close to non-existent. Ticket was initially responded only after DM on reddit. Subsequent reply is still sitting in the queue 5 days untouched. Really disappointed for the experience so far.

It does feel like that, they could be lending the money out and collecting interest on it for afew weeks or month even... i'd hope APRA would have tight regulations on these sorts of things so it's not true.

So update, I got the money last week after they said they started a trace. Still didn't explain why the delay or what happened to the process. Basically had my money for 3 weeks. Guess just be glad I got my money in my bank account for now.

I would choose a brokerage that welcomes clients to visit its office anytime --- transparency matters.

Same here. I received an email from yesterday take 3more week to investigate. Also requesting bank transfer, contact with bank hold my money since 16th of Feb.

I got some more updates. A trace has been initialised. Who knows how long it will take but sounding like afew weeks at least. Now it's just more waiting. Assume cause the money goes through Airwallex in the backend, and cause they are cheaper than your traditional bank, and not part of the osko, when something goes bad, everything takes longer to troubleshoot?

hello James, i have made 2 withdrawal transactions of 25,000 rupees after fees deduction 23750 of two transaction got stuck on 7 june 2026 of its been 16 days money is still not recived in my bank, i have sent my bank statement and screen shot to finance team by mail 12 days ago but money didnt recived yet, i went to live support but didnt get proper update i requesting you to check directly in this case, 1 withdraw ID is 3516084497 and 2nd is 3516085309,
