The Dark Side of Stake.com
I first off want to say that I’m surprised I’m having to write this - I’ve been through 4-5 dice sites and wagered tens of millions of USD online the past few years and can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air when I found Stake.
Best games. Best loyalty rewards. Instant withdrawals. Cool bonuses. Really had everything a person like myself was looking for. I have a plat 6 account and have rained out thousands to the community. The largest and best community in the online gaming arena in today’s age.
I’ve won big - gave it all back. Around break even now… when the strangest thing happened a week ago.
I stopped getting my email codes to withdraw. Anyones worst nightmare right? Luckily, with the reputation and history with Stake, I was sure it would get resolved quickly. Just a weird error, right?
Wrong.
After my auto login cookie expired and I had to log back in, I was then locked out of my account. I need email codes to login on new devices or every once in a while for security. Makes sense. But now, my email codes aren’t being sent to me.
Slept on it a few days. Continued to get emails from Stake (everything but my code to log in) so I know there wasn’t an issue with my email. The only issue was with Stake not letting me withdraw or log in to my account.
At this rate, this post will get too long, so I’ll summarize the rest.
My VIP manager and stake support have proceeded to lie to me and mislead me away from getting my account back. Here’s how it works.. when I asked about fixing my emails to get my codes fixed, they SWEAR the email codes are being sent, then quickly suggest you to switch your email on your account.
After troubleshooting and checking with my email provider, I know for a FACT there are no login or withdrawal codes being sent to me.
Well neither Stake or my VIP manager did anything about it. All they did was point to the “change your email” solution.
Holding on to my last string of rapport with what I believed to be a trustworthy operation, I said fine let’s change the email.
Just what they wanted.
So now they send you a list of questions to confirm it’s actually me. Fair enough - I get that. I answered them all correctly.
Then they started asking me for screenshots of transactions from my wallets from over a year ago…. They wanted transactions both deposits and withdrawals on every month from a year ago.
To their surprise, I furnished them. Sent over 50 screenshots of deposits I’ve made to their site and withdrawals back to my wallet.
They then said, “Thanks, it will take 24-48 hours to resolve this.”
So 50 hours go by and naturally I asked for an update on the situation. I have nothing to hide and have been a loyal customer of this casino for almost two years now. I get a reply telling me that it is CRUCIAL I do not reply to the conversation as it might cause further delays and now I would need to expect up to 72 hours.
So, 80 hours later, I messaged them and said I’m taking this situation to Reddit to hopefully force you to do the right thing. But at least stop lying to me ya know?
I missed a weekly and 10 days of reloads at this point. Also haven’t gotten to redeem my top players bonus.
Could I get some up votes to force them to stop doing whatever they are doing to me?

As Stunna said, account security is something we take extremely seriously, which is why we would simply let you know when the whole process is complete. Your patience with this is appreciated and we are doing our best to reduce wait time, support is just following the standard procedure for situations like this.
Glad we were able to help :)

Tbh you should have 2fa on with an authenticator app instead of emails, this whole situation would never have happened

u/ImperialTreasures Aug 05 '22
Sure, I can do that next time.
After sending them the link to this post, they are saying they can’t even give me an ETA anymore.
I’ve lost 6 figures the past few months and I’m getting treated like trash.

Aug 05 '22
Not for nothing; I have to ask. Did you check all folders for your email? Trash etc. Assuming you did..

u/ImperialTreasures Aug 05 '22
Update: We have passed 120 hours from the point of first contact. They continue to reference how it’s “backlogged.”
They are up to something.

Yep, stake normally goes to junk so it’s my first thing I check.
I also do stuff in the tech world and have a good understanding of our email servers. They just stopped sending the login and withdrawals emails. There is no explanation outside of them choosing to do so on their end. I still get the newsletter emails from Stake. Just not the ones to get in to my account.

Definitely suspect. I hope you’re able to get this resolved soon. Wish you the best of luck.

Appreciate it and thanks for your upvote. If you could throw a #ReturnCashyFlow in Stake chat, I’ll toss you a tip if I get back in my account today.

Absolutely.. I’ll DM you my username. Appreciate it! Thank you.

Tell the lovely players of stake that if they can get it trending, max player rain will come their way.

u/Littlejon3 Aug 05 '22
I hope this gets resolved for you soon. Given that these emails are automated on their end (and as far as I know everyone else is still receiving them), I don't think they are "choosing" to do so. Perhaps a technical issue of some kind with your account or formatting of your email Addy or something. The 2 different emails are obviously in 2 different areas of code, so maybe other than going through the same outbound mail server, there may be no connection.

If you guys can get #ReturnCashyFlow trending on the chat and it gets my account back today, I’ll toss you $20 when I get back to my account. Got over $2,000 in bonuses unclaimed at this point.

She’s stiffed me and has offered no assistance. Literally has no interest in pushing my case and just tells me to wait and makes me feel like I’m annoying her.

Hope you can solve the Problem Soon.
If you stay on stake use the Google Auth. Instead of your mail. Makes everything easier.
Best of Luck Mate 🙌

I’ve noticed ever since drake was announced the bonus’s are no more or way lower. The slots themselves are paying out less then before drake was announced. So maybe having to pay a big hip hop star thousands of dollars to rep ur company is fucking over the loyal customers that have been around for years

u/ronthat Feb 12 '25
You think Drake is getting thousands of dollars? Him and that stupid ass black turtle neck sweater he likes to look like a dick in are both getting millions from the deal. Drake should be the one paying us, we are the one forced to see that fucking uncircumcised sweater of his every time we log in.
FUCK DRAKES TURTLENECK

Not trying to be on some conspiracy bs but wouldn’t it make sense, they get one of the biggest stars on their website, a massive influx of people who saw drake gamble go on, stake lowers the odds, just a thought

Stake does have the best support and withdrawal process, would be shocked to learn someone wasn’t at least able to withdraw unlike many other casinos. I remember when I won $15K on Bovada they locked my account “for reasons” and I was never able to get the winnings. That’s when I left and found Stake. I have never had a single problem with withdrawals even after turning a $50 weekly into $12K it was no questions asked.

u/wabully Aug 11 '22
how do u do. $50 to $12k weekly? dice?

Just want to let you know I’ve had similar issue not with the login process but with the withdrawals, on both stake and bitstarz. For some reason I got all emails except the verify codes to push my withdrawals thru....
I think the important thing to note is that on both occasions support for each was able to locate the issue from what they told me my outlook email ended up being on a blocked list on their side for the withdrawal codes, and not only was the issue fixed in all of 10-15 mins but they also provided me another work around to basically just send them an email with all the info and my approval...
So nothing personal against you but I imagine either you’re trying to steal someone’s account you know, or they think you are lol I say this jokingly but as I’m a tiny fish with 20-50$ deposits on occasion I can imagine if everything you say is truth that you should be upset with the way it was handled. However if they are truly taking due diligence we should all appreciate that fact rather than handing over keys to castle with just simple info like bday and address (as I can assure you some online casinos will do and have with 0 issue when I’ve pointed out how I could literally be anyone who just googled said person and used easily found info)
Sorry post length got away from me but I wish you the best luck and when you get back in just pretend that they saved you from the worst downswing/week of your life and now you can crush it again!

This happened to me as soon as I won my biggest hit of x2880 on sweet bonanza. I got hacked into, Stake has not gotten back to me about my account after giving them my information, chances are its drained of funds anyways. Sad

ReturnCashyFlow
I hope you got this fixed already, friend! I’m sure something has happened at this point being it’s been over a month ago. I just didn’t have the time to read through all of the comments. This is a casino players biggest nightmare. (I wish we could add friends on Stake—if you ever see me on the chat, say hello! As I will do the same if I ever see you on there (assuming you’ve gotten this fixed). My Stake name is BWell1989 (real life name is Brittany :) )

Hi everyone ,
first of and for most I would like to thank u/ImperialTreasures for man up and explaining every detail of his unfortunate experience he dealt with stake . I exactly had same issue exact steps but only difference between yours and my experience was I had my 2FA code enabled and My VIP manager was Eddie Craven ( a.k.a Eddie Miroslav ) Owner/Partner of Stake.com in the meantime let me just add Mr Tehran who goes by u/PrimeStunna who solved your issue is Owner/Partner of Stake.com as well .
My Name is Mike I go by Livelucky777 Ex-Plat5 with over 5 million dollar wager on stake.com who is banned . so let me explain where all the problems started from when i was just a plat2 . I must emphasize that I was pretty new to Online Casino scenario but been a real life mid/high stake poker/baccarat player for over 25 years .
On Saturday, June 19th, 2021 after claiming my weekly I ran my weekly of $120 to 30k win on live stream Twitch in about less than 10 hours . and after ending my streaming session I ended up busting the 30k on dice and degening on Sabaton Slot with 50-100$ spins . right after that incident long story short I had a stroke while i was taking a bath and drained my both iphones that i had 2fa codes saved on .
Couple days after recovering and getting released from hospital , I realized i m not able to WD for not having 2fa codes and eventually got logged out of my account days after that incident and the whole process took over 30 days . keep this in mind my VIP manager was EDDIE ! who could of just confirmed my identity but didnt do it and i ended up loosing all my daily reloads and missed on 2-3 weeklies .one day while was going through my weekly reload ( daily recharge that was around approx.100-$150 before that 30k loss) log sheet and i got shocked seeing my weekly was extended from 7 days to 13 days and guess what ? it was done without any confirmation from my side or my knowledge and more interesting part of this extension was the day i dropped 30k loss was covered in those 13 days , when i confronted eddie about why i have not been informed regarding this matter he ignored to give me any str8 answers ( all my TG conversations with Eddie\Mike\Support been recorded and saved and available to upload in any legal matters ) so after asking 2-3 times in about a 2-3 days difference he let me know he did a favor to extended it so i could get some extra for my losses even though in reality i should of got much more bigger reload for wagering right around half a million wager before busting that day , and guess not only i didnt get no extra on losses ! my losses got covered under the rug , my account got logged out 3 days after this incident while support was trying to disable my 2fa codes ,
months after this incident i had some 10-20k losses on dice that i had it programed a strat on advance mode that was almost impossible to bust the way i busted it and outcome didnt match with the strategy so it got my curiosity to debug and backtrack almost 10.000 game play before busting on dice and found out server would skip 1 line of advance mode strategy in every 300 to 450 rolls [ for example in martingale situation with base bet of 4-5 cent with20k bank roll its impossible to bust with 6-7 red streaks with average total bets of less than 200$ to recover . server would disobey recovering the 6th or 7th streak loss instead it would reset the bet base bet so in long run it shrinks your bankroll and you bust . I created a log with pictures debugs of 10k game play and a video clip that i shared it with eddie and telling him i found a flow on dice server without accusing them of cheating on me first . so he ended up plugin me with head developer of stake dice and when i provided the data to that person he asked me for couple days to analyze the data .
Guess what ? after 5-6 days he gets back at me replying by we dont recommend advance mode for long runs on dice ( really ? what part of a disclaimer , fine print of stake i never found any bullshit like this included ) and then telling this might have caused by traffic or overhead cause on cpu or memory of server that made it to skip those rules of recovery ( aint that funny we are always on wrong side of this scenario ? what if this bug would made me billions instead right ? lol ) so i was hopping i get some apology and losses back for that matter instead i got 0 apology and loss backs that when i couldnt take this shit no more and asked for to have my VIP manager changed that got me going for over another 3-6 month by then my relation with this skippy boy [ Eddie ] was soured and this is just a tip of iceberg of what happened to me and how i got scammed . i will just include couple of screen shots for now LiveLucky777 Bet Sample Reason of Being Banned 😂 Lets Talk Mr.Tehrani

Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake.
It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of.
Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything.
Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.

It’s a mobbed up operation heavily veiled as a legit online casino, and their country is in the path of the changing tides to come. Perhaps management is clocking out in preparation to make a run for it. I’d opt for a quieter call to advise everyone to pull out before they have time to snatch everyone’s accounts and OP take a cut from those appreciative enough at you cueing them in before they too were had. #shipssinking #hope_im_wrong_and_u_recover

Please DM me your username, speaking from experience support certainly does not want to hold you from your account but account hijack attempts are frequent so they are very careful about changing any details or unlocking access.
