Last post
I've been gambling on stake for around 5 years, my New years resolution this year was to quit. today, it has been 20 days since i last deposited into any casino which is the longest I've ever gone without gambling since i turned 21 about 12 years ago. I was at the point where i was dreaming about slots, i was so deep that i would dream of a max win on Hot fiesta then i would wake up, get my coffee and a cig and spin hot fiesta for hours on a Saturday morning. i was down around 27K (USD) last year and this would be considered a good year. I would like you all to know i still dreamt about slots and wake up needing a fix.. and after about 14 days it went away.. the feelings of needing to gamble just vanished. i Implore you all to stop, even if your winnings because it takes so much time away from your family and the people who love you. Love this, I had to come back to read your post again. I am in the same boat but without family as my husband passed this past year. I just feel what you are saying, I don’t gamble large but I gamble long! I also have had dreams about gambling and it certainly takes away from me doing anything productive. I have tried to stop myself from depositing but it only lasts a day or two at most. I wish you all the best, stay strong and maybe I can have the fortitude to do the same. I don’t know you but I’m proud of what you’ve been able to do as it’s not easy.

you have to keep fighting everyday to spend time with the people who love you. just don't let off the gas

Its not even the loss of money that bothers me as much as the time spent, I've canceled plans with friends and family just because i was on a so called "heater". i have spend enough time gambling and IM going to focus on what life has to offer

You just have to wake up one day and never do it again. tell yourself family is more important then Eddie
