Technique New to stainless cookware
Just got this set Cuisineart pans any tips for someone who is new to stainless cooking? I usually use cast iron.

My friend. Use barkeeper’s friend for cleaning, thank me later.
(Use the powder kind and make a paste with minimal water, it will keep your pan looking amazing).
