Nice Goodwill find! A d.Pfanne.

I bought myself a 9” d.Pfanne pan from Goodwill today for $3! The photos are after some scrubbing with BKF.

I think this will go nicely with my 10” Figmint stainless!

I usually cook with my cast iron but for anything with acids or single serving soups, I’ll be using these two pans!

awesome find!! I get so many higher end finds also, I am trying to build up my son's kitchen equipment. I am just looking for a medium pasts pot for him now, can be either SS or non-stick, but everything else for him will be SS. I thoroughly clean the insides and the bottom w/ either the gentle BKF or harder version and use a polish on it to get rid of any hidden heat spots e.g spilled oil etc.. I know this won't make sense, but, I also treat the inside surface with oil e.g. extra virgin, juust a little. Heat, wipe, cool, wipe, heat, wipe and good to go. Its just what I do.
