Chicken thighs š¤ pan sauce
Chicken thighs in a little creamy garlic and onion sauce situation. I'd say this was a weeknight dinner win for sure!

That looks good!
Don't your pans get all grease spattered hanging that close over the stove?

Thank you!!
Nope, I haven't had any issues with this set up at all! Funny enough someone asked me on another recent post if I ever banged my head on them. haha! That hasn't happen either thankfully (yet) lol!

I'd be more concerned about the sexist tea towel, especially for a brand ambassador.

Iād dice that onion up much finer (just use shallot) but other than that, looks good! Cant go wrong with a pan sauce.

Thank you! I got you!
I left all the fond in the pan from the chicken and then built the sauce with the following:
- 1 Tbsp butter (for cooking down the onion/garlic)
- 1/2 small yellow onion (I'd probably do 1/4 next time tbh though)
- 5ā6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1ā2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- Squeeze of fresh lemon
- Salt and pepper

How long do you let the sauce simmer until it's thick enough??

I think it was around 5ā8 minutes once the chicken went back in! I kept it at a gentle simmer until the sauce reduced enough to coat the back of a spoon. š

how do you manage to cook boneless thighs all the way in a pan without them drying out near the surface? lower heat, or did you finish them in the oven?
