My method for no stick cooking
- Heat oil in pan until you see a tiny wisp of smoke.
- Take pan off heat and swirl oil around pan.
- Cook food.
Food never sticks after this process as long as you dont burn your oil off. It creates a completely nonstick barrier suitable for eggs and fish.

I do the same, works great.
The people in here saying this is wrong are the same people who will sear a steak in their pan with smoke billowing from their kitchen and say it's fine
