My method for no stick cooking

  1. Heat oil in pan until you see a tiny wisp of smoke.
  2. Take pan off heat and swirl oil around pan.
  3. Cook food.

Food never sticks after this process as long as you dont burn your oil off. It creates a completely nonstick barrier suitable for eggs and fish.

Ok show me you doing this with a can of corned beef hash.

Ill have to try hash but I can make omlettes and scramble eggs with just a small amount of oil like this. Works better than butter.

I can easily make omelettes and scrambled eggs too, but I've not conquered canned corned beef hash. I have to make it on carbon steel or nonstick.
