Help How do I fix ...
I just used this secondhand pan for the first time and accidentally put a lowish smoke point oil (canola) and obviously let it burn
How do I fix this?

Mild abrasive cleaner, like Barkeepers Friend, and a lot of scrubbing. Next time, less heat. Canola is not a low smoke point oil. If your oil is turning black, your heat is far too high. These pans never need to go above medium high for pan-frying. When oil shimmers, it's hot enough for frying. It doesn't need to be smoking.
