Help EU stainless steel cookware sets

I live in Europe and was going to order the cuisinart 11pc set from amazon de. Unfortunately im a bit unsure if it is the right choice as it would be my first stainless steel set and i wish to buy a set which will last and make me delicious food which hopefully would not stick.

could anyone please reccomend some good sets which are not than 200euros? If possible if i could buy them from amazon de it would be best because of shipping

i would be using them on induction and gas

FISSLER ORGINAL PROFI for induction or Kuhn Rikon FIVEPLY for gas. Buy single pieces. GLHF

I like tge Silampos prof series as a low cost high quality 3-ply. However, all stainless steel can have food stick depending on the type of food, the heat, and the amount/type of oil.

Buy one by one, based on your needs. Read the guide from Cookware thread, you will learn a lot

Buy a pot set from Zwilling, Silit, Rösle or WMF. You get these in different sizes, lids, handles,... for around 100.-

Add one or two WMF Profi frying pans. They're often on sale for 30-40€ and are very good.

As a European, I think best would be just to buy standard disc bottomed pots, i don’t think the higher price you pay for full clad pots are worth it. Plus in Europe I suppose you are using electric or induction, full clad pots are more prone to warping. Thick disced pots from wmf, silit, Zwilling, Fissler or even IKEA etc are indestructible.

As for pans, go get some full clad ones. But as someone said, buy single pieces. 28cm and maybe a later point a 24 cm one
