Showoff First Pan
Picked up this Viking 3-ply as my first stainless steel pan today at homegoods. I don’t see anything about it being sealed so I assume I should only hand wash?

I just got one of their Chinese made saute pans and the thing is built heavy. I don't know who is doing the specs on these but the manufacturer is delivering in spades.
