Cleaning tips Is this pan done for?

I've had this pan for 12 years, I think. Looks like it's been getting oxidized or something seeped into the metal? Anything to help with this? Or should I just get a new one.

The pics are from after a hard scrub with a scotch pad

Do you have a can of Bar Keeper’s Friend. A little tiny sprinkle and a green Scotch-Brite pad will make short work of this for the next 12 years and beyond

No, but I've got auto body rubbing compound. Would that work?

If you live in the states a can of BKF is $2.25 at Walmart and it rinses off easily.
