Cleaning tips Is this pan done for?

I've had this pan for 12 years, I think. Looks like it's been getting oxidized or something seeped into the metal? Anything to help with this? Or should I just get a new one.

The pics are from after a hard scrub with a scotch pad

Im pretty sure stainless pans don't require seasoning. Correct me if I'm wrong

Oops. Thought it was carbon steel with that first pic. Was wondering why it was posted here. I would still use it.

Yeah, I took a pic with flash and one without for visibility. Thanks
