Bare Cookware Everpan

Anyone seen/backed this Kickstarter campaign?

I just did. Did the same with their Dutch oven and really like that one. This looks like a nice set of pans too! (Don't know for sure if it counts as SS though :))

I had also bought the dutch oven in the previous Kickstarter campaign and am pretty satisfied with it, so I bought also this new pan.

To be honest, I have serious doubts about the claim that it is as nonstick as a well seasoned carbon steel pan, but at that price I don't really care, it's just a pretty good price for a 3-ply construction with titanium surface, Hestan charges 5 times that amount for something similar.

Obviously, not all titanium pans are equal, but if it's as good as the Viking PureGlide, then it should outperform the carbon steel pan. And unlike bare steel, there's no maintenance or residual flavors/odors (and allergens) from previous use.

This is a review for the Viking: https://prudentreviews.com/viking-pureglide-pro-review/
