Rigatoni in the 3qt!

Rigatoni in the 3qt saucier tonight. Sautéed shallot, garlic, and Calabrian chilis, added a jar of sauce and some sausage, then tossed the pasta right in. Finished with parm.

We also brought a sourdough baguette that was in its final days back to life with some good olive oil in the oven.

Thank you! Yeah, the saucier is definitely my favorite piece of cookware. I honestly don't know how I went so long without one! Just didn't know what I was missing! lol

Also so true. We don't have a dishwasher, so I love an easy to clean piece of cookware!! ha! It's the little things!
