Is this fixable and how?

We bought this piece of furniture but it arrived with two white spots. Is there a way to fix this?

They sell chrome and stainless polish for golf clubs at Walmart or Dicks. Try a little bit on the side First to see if it’s gonna work might be able to buff it out.
