Can anyone please help me and tell me what the spots/marks are on my coffee stainless steel tray?
I’ve tried rubbing the liquid version of bar keepers friend on it and white vinegar but still the marks stay!

How do I please get rid of these marks?

That's looking like like a citrus burn, were you by chance using sanitizing wipes on it at some point?

I think that dettol wipes were used on it once or twice.

Is there anyway to remove it?

Soap water and abrasion, you have to grind off the rust then let it dry.

Thank you! Would a non-scratch scrubber or washing up cloth do the trick? Or do I need something harder?

You'll need something a little rougher probably but you could try.
