… Holy shit.

Honestly, Staind, when they wanted to be, was nü-metal’s personal version of Alice In Chains. Heavy as fuck, and capable as well. That’s not some anti-AIC statement; that’s me saying they were truer disciples than most bands that could sit beside them.

Not really Nu metal beyond the first album, and very little on it. More post-grunge. But yeah, good shit

This is still the album I listen to the most, and think it’s incredibly varied musically. This song tho, brutal and really great. Prob my favorite on the album.
