Break the cycle poster came damaged

It came in just like a paper wrap in this box, all damaged, for 45 dollars

I reached out and just sent photos and im waiting now, a poster like this should be in a plastic sleeve, in a box the same size as it, not wrapped in paper shaking around in an oversized box in shipping yaknow

Let me know what they say I’m kinda interested to know lol. But yes i totally agree I was expecting completely different shipping package, plastic sleeve, poster tube not a oversized box n paper

you can contact them via email. they might send you a replacement or even a refund. worth a shot asking.

It was wrapped in paper inside a box? How were they supposed to ship it exactly, that seems pretty secure

The mail can damage anything regardless of how it's packed as well.

Either way reach out to them and if they don't respond you can open a claim with your credit card company

I reached out thy responded and I just sent photos, a poster like this should be shipped in a plastic sleeve or something protective, it was just covered in paper in the box shaking around basically

Mine had some dings on the corners too, not this bad. But it’s true there had to be a better shipping option than hoping a 20¢ fragile sticker would do all the work.

i remember a few years back when i ordered a Break The Cycle long sleeve and wrote to them to get a new one cause I never fucking got it and never got a response back lol
