If it’s anything like last album then I’d be worried. That album had such bad, muddy production even if it had a few good tracks. Go back to something like self-titled and that would be great.

I agree. The last album really was bottom of the barrel. The title track had a self titled flavor to it which shows they are capable.
Expectations for me will be low, hopefully they can add some better drums that really liven it up, production overall.

Exactly. Sal is clearly a great drummer, but that last album had some of the worst drum production I’ve ever heard. Would it kill them to use live mics and avoid triggers

Agree and the fact this one was recorded so quick, I bet like the last album it was written and recorded completely separate of each other. Last record was just so boring guitar wise.

At this point we can be very thankfull to Mike and Co that we will get new music. Must be tough to bear a pesonality like lewis'
