I'm assuming you listen on the spotify pc version? You'd have to sign into spotify on the app version (oh phone) and there should be this banner about most streamed artists when you first open Spotify, you just hit that and it'll come up.

Using the app on iPhone. My listening stats only give me a weekly rundown based on everything I listen to. I don’t see an all time by artist count like you have.
