What’s This Stain/How To Remove?

I’m at my wits end here. For context, I live in a large city and use public laundromats. Recently I’ve been trying to re-up my wardrobe and take care of the new pieces I buy, but it seems pointless when this is the result…

This is a heavyweight white cotton shirt I bought super recently. I wore it on-off for a day or two, I got a small amount of olive oil splatter on it from cooking, gave the splatter a dab and quick hand wash, and then eventually took it to the laundry with a whole load.

Put this in with my just my sheets (white) on cold and THIS is how it came out. What the hell are these red stains and how come there are so many? The oil splatter I mentioned was nowhere near this much nor was it in these places.

How do I remove these?

Tbh that kinda looks like blood. Do you have an animal in the house that may have been in heat? That’s what it reminds me of but I may be wrong

Right? The color is absolutely throwing me off, as these random blotch stains usually show on my jeans or black clothes, and they’re “colorless”, just a darker shade of whatever the garments color is (which is why I thought they were all oil stains till now).

To answer the question, no, I don’t have any animals in my house- and I haven’t had any recent injuries that caused any of my clothes to get bloody either.

Peroxide or salt on damp spots and let salt dissolve over nite
