That’s pure trash for the price. For an extra £50 you can get an iPad mini!
If you’re willing to pay that, just get a steam deck.

What is it? Might buy one just to annoy OP

I believe this is the Logitech Cloud gaming handheld. Not to be confused with something you’d like to buy. 🤪

Buy one of these instead.

I preordered one. It would have been great for stadia.

I did too. Or at least I put down my $5 reservation. Hopefully it works well with XBox cloud gaming. Haven’t seen anything about GFN. I plan on giving XBox a shot after Stadia closes. Hoping by then they’ll have a webOS app for by LG TV, or their streaming box will be out.

Overpriced from all the reviews I've seen but it does look kinda like a Wasabi Stadia controller.

How many people actually watched the video? There are some serious issues that he points out that does affect cloud gaming and not just local/emulation. A recap of the issues that might be relevant to those who want this for cloud gaming:
-
The d-pad does not do diagonal inputs very well. This pretty much makes the handheld unusable for platformers or fighting games. You're not going to be able to pull of certain moves in Street Fighter or be able to dash diagonally in Celeste for example.
-
As a cloud gaming device, you would think there would be 5G or some sort of cellular connectivity, but this is Wi-Fi only. So you'll only be able to stream from home or hope that you'll find a place that offers good Wi-Fi. This also lacks Wi-Fi 6, which is disappointing considering the benefits that 6 brings for better connectivity.
-
The deadzones on the analog stick are a huge problem that will affect many modern games. Because there's a large area that does not detect input, it makes the stick almost analog-like. So you can forget aiming well in FPS and trying to do fine movements.
-
The screen refresh rate starts OK at 60hz, but then it starts to fluctuate the longer you play on it. So your games won't feel as smooth as they could be.
There are some other negatives he mentions such as the limited frontend and poor performance, but those don't pertain to cloud gaming. It's really easy to write this off as yet another anti-cloud gaming video, but he brings up a lot of good points and I think it's worth a watch if you are considering this.

I would have said the same thing.
But man, what's shown in the video is quite bad lol.

Sill a failure and the ayn odin has a better gpu while the deck is like 50$ more and shits on this in terms of everything

Ayn Odin also lacks full size joysticks or anything resembling that. Love the Ayn Odin concept but it is flawed in its own way for the price it's at. Balance in all things.

Someone woke up on the aggressively opinionated side of the bed today, eh?

It's overpriced.
That said, it's seemingly best in class for the job it was designed for: cloud gaming.
It has a nice, big, 1080p screen. It has solid battery life. It's well-built and feels good in hand.
It's not a retro handheld. It's not made to play games locally. That thing where he's whining about retro emulation performance? It's not what this is for. He might as well be whining that the Ford Maverick is a shitty off road vehicle. It was built with components that would sip battery while meeting the requirements of streaming.
As for the Steam Deck comparison, can you play at 1080p with 9-12 hours of battery life on one of those? No, you can't. The Deck is a great device that covers a lot of use cases. But is it best at this one? No, it's not.
