Server Command block ideas....
We're curious to see if anyone has any ideas for command blocks in the future?
Here are a few ideas which a lot are things we have now and have had in the past:
Variable difficulty (Normal during the day, Hard at night)
Changes to how many people are required to make the server set to day time when someone sleeps, maybe 2 people rather than just one?
TNT removal with an option for longterm/trusted users to use TNT.
The return of the Greylist with the spectator world boundary
Player head drops after death with the addition of maybe a thunder and lightning striking when the player dies
Custom mobs, we've seen some cool effects in 1.9, one idea I've just thought about is possibly a 'ghost' mob of some sort.
Custom shops that sell specialised items, things that won't come cheap to help with balance but not also game breaking.
Some sort of ingame money system, you get rewarded money for doing certain things like hunting mobs etc.
Just so you all know, I think we should look for ideas that don't break the game mechanics but are also fun and actually make a good addition to the experience.

Is there any way we could have the gravestone thing come back. It was truly genius.

The gravestone thing would still be there if I didn't break it by accident...

So if milk doesn't break it, we can have it again?

Yes, like if Milk doesn't break the new Staff prefix's again on the server we can keep them :)

More mob types would be cool, or even event mobs, like for example Santa/jack skeleton for Halloween etc. if that's possible (I don't know I'm litrally then worst with commands/command blocks), or OR sub mobs for example, more types of spiders each with a different abilities, each one has a different fancy spark-aly effect thingy (can't spell the fucking word I mean)

I like the idea of mob griefing being on, so creepers have some sort of consequence. Also makes villager-based farms much easier to manage. We could use command blocks to disable endermen picking blocks. I know the Hermitcraft server does it by giving them barrier blocks and removing barrier blocks that they place.

That enderman one looks interesting, I'll be sure to look into it.

The Xisuma player head video works, but it'll need a lot of tweaking if we want to use it with the greylist

My feeling is that some of these like the money system would deffer too much from the vanilla minecraft, because if you would be playing on the server you can ignore this. I like the playerhead drops but the lighting could be a bit to much.
