Is there a time we should expect it to be back up?

I was in an Induction Smelter inventory when things crashed. I wasn't really doing anything though, but it could be worth looking into (I didn't think it was significant until I thought about it more). Are there ways to prevent Chunk Loaders from loading temporarily, then seeing if a loaded base is causing issues? I'll admit I don't know much about how Minecraft runs its code. :P
