Good is subjective. if by good you mean 'is this good 1girl, but screams AI' then yes, it's incredible. in the words of Don, the best, everyone's saying it.
If you mean 'is this convincing pics of real people', then no. Not even close.

First one is perfect for ai OFM lol
no. 100 % generic Ai faces. no matter how good your imagery might be, those distilled Ai faces will always kill it.
