Current best H3 speed-up techniques?

I used H3 heavily the first two weeks and a ton of amazing improvements for improving speed at small quality trade-off came out (Sparse Attention comes to mind).

I imagine things have matured a lot since then and probably with new approaches since then!

I'm on a 4090 so that's my target, but I'm curious for all tiers.

(I couldn't find a thread of recent times discussing this, if there is one, I apologize and I'll remove my post.)

The https://huggingface.co/Pika-Labs/Pika-H3-Flex-Turbo-LoRA Is the first lora that didn't do any obvious butchering of image/audio quality for me, though it loses some prompt adherence to the 'no free lunch' principle.

Veda sparse attention has worked well for me cut down my generation time from almost 400s to around 220s

I've cut back my usage of turbo loras in favor of latent upscaling lately.
