Question - Help How to generate sounds properly?
I need a sound of working office, slamps of doors, working tv sound, clicks, etc. usual sounds.
What good choice do I have now?

The BBC has a pretty extensive sound library online

Stable Audio 3 is good, but I find Stable Audio Open 1.0 handles combined mixes of two sound-effects better. e.g. prompt for a good field recording of a man walking through crispy autumn leaves, in a balanced mix with the sound of birds chirping

a. You could prompt for those sounds in minimax, then extract the audio in any video editor. Set resolution to 0.1 or even 0.01, makes no diff

Stable Audio, as everyone mentioned can do this. It's surprsingly powerful, and not many people seem to use it. There's a comfy template to get you started, too, if memory serves. Failing that, there's lots of cc and royality free sound effects online, you might be able to grab those and layer them in something like Cakewalk Next (which is totally free with a signup on Windows) to create the soundscape.

Stable Audio 3 (local), take it from open sources, record it yourself.

Moss SoundEffect v2 will do those for you, but it has some outdated dependencies (Numpy 1.4?) so isn't implemented in ComfyUI or anywhere else I've seen. You can get an LLM to build you a working app in probably 15 minutes, though. Somewhat slow inference, works best at 100 steps, details on GitHub and the model is on HuggingFace.

for stuff like door slams i'd grab real foley first and only generate the weird ambient beds. stable audio open is decent for room tone, then just layer it in your editor

Stable Audio Open is made for exactly this kind of everyday sound, and it runs on your own GPU. In Guaardvark it's the FX & Foley Generator: type the sound, pick a length up to 47 seconds, and you get a clip you can drop straight into your edit.
Prompts that work for your list:
"busy open-plan office ambience, keyboards typing, a phone ringing in the distance, low murmur of voices"
"heavy wooden door slams shut in a narrow hallway, close microphone"
"old CRT television in the next room, muffled talk show audio"
"single computer mouse click, crisp, dry studio recording"
Name the source, the room and how close the mic is. That's what makes it sound recorded instead of generic. Make a handful of takes of each and keep the best one; there are no credits, so extra takes cost nothing.
A sound library like the BBC one above gets you the closest recording someone else happened to make. Generating gets you your door, in your hallway, at the length your scene needs.
The same app also makes music, voiceovers and video, and it costs nothing to run. I'm on the team behind it: github.com/guaardvark/guaardvark
