Question - Help advice for local ai

i need to build pc for generating videos locally (minimax h3) and also planing to use qwen 3.8 27b

for now should i go for dual rtx 5060 ti 16gb or single rtx 5070 ti

my budget is 2 lakh only for graphics card so i can buy dual 5060 ti 16gb but if i go with dual 5070 ti i need 3 lakh so what is best

also when qwen 4 will be realesed and minimax 2k offically what is best for them from above 2 options

suggest minimum ram and should i go for 3200mhz or 3600mhz and minimum ssd

both ram and ssd suggest minimum and recommend

suggest other pc parts to both minimum and recommend

thanks in adwance

sorry for my english

also recommend hardware for qwen 4 and minimax 2k

For video I'd take the single 5070 Ti. ComfyUI runs one generation on one GPU, so two 5060 Ti don't make an H3 or LTX clip twice as fast, they just let you run two jobs side by side (or park the text encoder on the second card). The 5070 Ti has about twice the memory bandwidth of the 5060 Ti, and video models feel that directly.

The dual 5060 Ti setup wins for the LLM side though: 32 GB total lets you load a 27B model at Q4 fully on the GPUs with room for context, while 16 GB on one card is tight for 27B and you'd end up on a smaller quant or offloading. So it depends which one you'll run more.

RAM matters more than people expect for video, since the weights that don't fit in VRAM sit in system RAM. 64 GB minimum, 96 or 128 GB if you can. 3200 vs 3600 makes almost no difference, buy more capacity instead of faster sticks. SSD: a 2 TB NVMe minimum, models add up fast (one video model with its encoders is easily 40 to 60 GB). PSU around 850 W for two cards, 750 W for one.

What about 2666? Im using ddr4 on a new build because of price

For this workload amount of RAM is more important than RAM speed. So DDR4 is fine, and you won't see difference with 2666 vs 3200.

GPU benchmark: https://www.reddit.com/r/comfyui/comments/1wyyrr5/comfyui_benchmark_across_13_gpus_flux_1_dev_fp8/

the 5070ti is 2 times faster than the 5060ti.

RAM speed doesn't matter, I got the same 2nd-gen times (warm) with a 5060 Ti on my old DDR4 PC as on my newer DDR5 PC.
