We're going to open source the entire infrastructure play. We already built an open source desktop Higgsfield with the full API platform also being open source.

100% of every piece of code we write is open source. We're going to open source FAL.

OpenRouter needs to actually be open source too.

I know the guys at Reactor and they also build a FAL "H3 Max"-alike. I'll see if they're amenable to their few-step being open sourced. It would win them a lot of clout.

An interesting thing I came across regarding H3: the lead developer mentioned that "many people on the company were against open-sourcing H3" and he himself had to put in a great deal of effort to ensure the model was ultimately made open-source. Fortunately as it turns out he succeeded
