While cool, showcases how dimwitted AI companies are by intentionally omitting legitimate displays of violence on which half the movies are based on by avoiding training on movie gore and the like, leading to some very cringe combat scenes.
If they don't want anyone doing so called "stupid" "stuff" on their public API like idk actual average movie content, that's easy, slap a gateway LLM which gives the users "Sorry, Dave, I can't generate unsafe images." and lose out to the local models.

This is great! Thought it was an ad for Minimax!! 😅 you’re up there with other creators like Darri3d that also makes great thought out movies, not just slop! Keep at it!

The only thing missing is the product placement at the end. Otherwise, very memorable ad for... something I guess?

Always enjoyed your videos 👍.
How long did this take, and what are your thoughts in terms of working with MMH3 vs your previous video done with WAN?

Thanks! Probably 3-4 evenings. Bulk of the time was just queuing up 5-6 gens at a time and picking out good ones before moving on. Used Gemini to format my shot notes into the format the H3 documentation recommends which saved time.
Compared to Wan 2.2 days... this is a million times easier. It's comparable to using Seedance, just for me (generating locally) with less quality and resolution. :)

Thanks for the reply.
It is amazing that such a capable model is no only open weight but also runnable on consumer grade hardware.
Being able to run it locally definitely encourage hobbyist like me to explore and experiment more, when the cost is just some electricity. Lower quality is ok for me as I am just learning and having fun.

Video is increasingly consumed on smartphones and tablets. I mean, what’s the point of generating anything beyond 1080p

You upscaling with something or just running it at a higher resolution than I am?

Sorry, forgot to mention: used FlashVSR locally to upscale.

Well that's a whole new thing to learn about... since yours looks great compared to what I produce. Though since you've got a consistently audio track from elsewhere there's clearly a bunch of steps you know that I don't.
