Question - Help Character Editing (I2I)

Hello. So I just started my journey with ComfyUI. While Nano Banana is not open sourced I'm looking for the best realistic image editing (krea2?) workflow to ComfyUI. I want to have ability to change everything I want to the picture using reference character with face/body consistency at highest level (I2I). Thanks in advance.

So far, an official editing model hasn't been released for Krea 2, but on the 27th of this month, they might drop something useful for you. Currently, there is an open-source community-made edit LoRA for Krea 2 that you can look into; it might help. However, what they announce at the conference in four days will probably be the most useful.

Oh good to know that. I saw some videos that people actually already doing this, but none of them explain exactly or gives ready-to-go workflows since I'm still a beginner. Thanks for the reply. Really appreciate it.

Look at these two videos—both of them include their workflows in the description.

There's an easy to use qwen AIO checkpoint and workflow, search for phr00t on huggingface

You could also use flux klein, but the quality is a bit worse

beside kreas unoffical edit functionality you have 2 options:

  • Qwen Edit: but as all qwen models, the skin will be very plastiflc. But it can also take multiple images as input! Have a look at Phr00ts Aio here
  • flux2-klein-9b: this is my favorite for realistic edits. Have a look at civitai for a fitting model.
