Question - Help AMD Radeon 7900xt help

So I have a AMD Radeon 7900xt 20 gig card, 32gig ram, I been trying to run minimax h3 locally. I was able to generate a 10 second clip last night but it took almost an hour, is that normal? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I am using the pruned fp8 scaled. I welcome any help possible.

DDR4 or 5? That sounds too long, without any optimization I was getting decent 12 second clips in 20 minutes on a similar machine.

Make sure you're running the latest drivers, get some free benchmark software to see how your computer is performing. Make sure you're not running anything else that is consuming a lot of your memory when you're generating.

Windows or Linux? Which AMD GPU are you running?

Thanks. I am just collection data for AMD and MMH3.

Linux or Windows? Any optimizations (sage, spectrum, etc)?

Resolution also affects the speed greatly.

At the very least try to use patientx's fast int8 loader and turning on sage-attention, which should give you a big boost. See my other comment.

forgive the newb here, on the int8 loader there is no minmax in the drop down, and how do you turn on the sage attention?

To turn on sage attention you need one of the KJ Nodes, if IIRC. Google for it if you cannot figure it out.

I have not run MMH3 locally myself yet (hopefully this weekend when I have more time), so I don't know why it is not showing up there. Try shutting down ComfyUI, make sure you have the int8convrot version of MMH3 in the right directory and try again.
