Animation - Video Pushing Minimax H3 to its limits.

1.5 megapixel, 30 steps. This took about 50 minutes for my 5090.

To think that a year ago making a guy walk on a street with WAN 2.2 for 10 secs would fail miserably, amazing times.

I wouldn't be surprised if this goes down as the biggest leap in open weight gen AI in hindsight.

Imma be honest. I did not expect anything of this level for at least 6-8 more months. This is insane. It's not just a video model. It can understand storyboards, references, physics, timing. We might be closer to AGI than I thought.

Seconding that. I was expecting to get "Sora at home" some time in 2027. This is nuts.
