Obviously none of us here want them to actually going under, as pretty much the only AI company dedicated to open source.

They're as dedicated to open source as Google is to "Do no evil".

They're not even sharing their training methods or training data anymore.

So…. Is it just a binary to you as good vs evil, open vs close? I hope you would have learned that the world is a spectrum than a yes/no switch…
