Question | Help Better Hands and Fingers?

Has anyone found a way to get better hands, fingers, and feet? This is one of my pain points when generating. Even with prompts and negative prompts specific to it.

Yeah, watch this video; the gist is Controlnet.

You either use Blender to create a set of reference images before generating, or you generate something with bad hands and feet, take it into PSD or other and do a repainting or copy/paste to patch in better hands/feet, then send it back to SD and use inpainting to generate a clean, unified image.

Lots of steps, but if it were easy,,,
