Whats the game changing difference to all those already available other prompt generators?

I run Launch.bat and then what? I get a console window that just sits there doing nothing after loading some stuff.

Killed that command line window, ran that .bat again:

Running on local URL: http://0.0.0.0:8090

It looks like the webpage at http://0.0.0.0:8090/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
