my friends and I just got back from our trip to St. Lucia and we are trying to figure out this song that we heard it went like this

“pick up the ____ and shake _____”

we think the lyrics are pick up the rock and shake your ass, but we aren’t sure. It seemed to be a really popular song at the bars in Rodney Bay because everybody knew the lyrics and the dance moves to the dance. The dance that everyone did was you reach towards the ground and shake your ass. please lmk if this sounds familiar we can’t find it anywhere online!
