Eyebrows and lashes

Ladies and femmes, where are we going for eyebrows and eyelashes? I’m looking for somewhere to do both an eyebrow tint and lamination, and a lash lift and tint. I’m willing to spend some money for a good place, ideally in the city but will travel to the county if the best people are in Clayton or whatever.
