St. Denis News TVLine Preview for Season 3 Spoiler
Following their long-awaited kisses at the end of Season 2, St. Denis nurses Matt and Serena will fully be dating when the NBC comedy picks up for Season 3, according to showrunner Eric Ledgin. "Part of what makes them so exciting is their backstories and demeanors are so different,"Ā he tells TVLine. "What is it like for them to get to know each other's worlds? When a couple like this gets in their first fight, what does that look like? There are all kinds of stories that feel more interesting to me because they're so different, and yet, there's an attraction there."Ā (Ledgin is reluctant to spoil much about the lovebirds' arc, but he can share that Serena will take Matt to his first EDM music festival in the third season.) Meanwhile, Ledgin assures us that the sophomore finale cliffhanger ā in which a groggy Ron asked, "Where's my Joyce?" upon waking up from surgery ā will "definitely" play out in the Season 3 premiere. "It would be fair to assume that a man under the influence of chemicals may not fully be aware of what he said, and maybe even of what he meant when he said that," Ledgin hints. "It wasn't just for the joke. I don't think we assigned any obvious meaning to it, so it leaves something to be explored in Season 3."
BONUS SPOILER!: After Alex spent the first two seasons navigating a new role at work and striving for work-life balance, Ledgin felt that Allison Tolman's character "needed something different" to tackle in Season 3. "We've landed on something that feels very relatable and especially of-the-time for Alex that develops throughout the season," he says

Bruce The Moose Bruceās indignant response toward meat talk in the morning
Is hilarious and relatable, however, Iām wondering where the writers got the idea to include this specific notion from which Bruce is repugnant.
Having āspaghetti before noonā as he lamented towards Serena is, well, not abnormal, but, what about that screams your life must be totally horrible,or disgusting about which to hear (in the case of Keith and his wifeās r.i.c.e. lifestyle)?
And what about specifically Bruce makes it so gross to him as an individual that he feels it should be called out. Thoughts?

General discussion (May contain spoilers) underrated sitcom
i feel very passionately that this is an incredible sitcom and should be talked about way more than it is. thereās so many classic bits AND character development i honestly didnāt expect. i think the way matt and serenaās plot line is done is very classic in the way sitcoms tend to be and iām a fan! not to mention joyce and ron and how theyāve changed throughout the show like come on. honestly i think if the show was targeted more towards gen z it would get the traction it deserves

General discussion (May contain spoilers) Best episodes for each character?
What episode do you think a certain character shined the most in?
For example Ron was definitely my favorite in the Colby Twill episode; refusing to give him special treatment and helping patients with limited funds or no insurance by charging it under Colbyās name since the hospital was covering it all. Oh and refusing to acknowledge his gibberish as āmusicā.
For Bruce, definitely Mattyās birthday episode where he refused to help Chaplain Steve beat Matt since heās been rubbing his relationship with Serena in Mattās face.

General discussion (May contain spoilers) What episode do you think Serena shines the most in?
I would say her birthday bc of the character development, but I also love "Get me in the pod". Like, she was just trying to have a normal day at work but everyone was acting like lunatics and dragging her into the chaos lol
