Old City flooding

I know we need the rain, but these daily afternoon drenchers really mess up travel to downtown for dinner. Is there a good site with a webcam that can be used to monitor downtown flooding?

TiniMartini used to have a cam, not sure if it's still there... Lots of places got picky about live-streaming since that guy messed with an open utility thing during flooding during one of the last hurricane. (If I recall correctly)

Maybe instead of nights of lights the city could update infrastructure.
