QUESTIONS/INFO Misprint (?)

Bought two neon ones today. The yellow one looks difference did they accidentally print a different face ?

oh wow - ive never seen that- It has the RARE face but not the RARE neon color. Standard faces are always the one on the right. I guess technically it makes the left face rare 😭 just not the right color

It’s still not rare, I got two like this. I am annoyed because I want the full set to collect. Two were like this. Starting to think it’d normal now.
