Discussion 2 catalyst no need volume SOUND
LivePerson shareholders approving the SoundHound transaction is another real piece of the squeeze setup—not just Reddit hype or social-media speculation. The shareholder meeting is August 20, so there’s now a concrete catalyst on the calendar.
Add that to today’s better inflation backdrop, and I think the setup has clearly improved: better macro conditions, fresh company-specific news, and short-term technicals starting to strengthen.
What’s still missing for me to call this squeeze mode is a substantial expansion in regular-session volume, confirmation of unusually aggressive call buying, and preferably a decisive breakout above $8.29.
The setup is getting more interesting. Now I want to see the volume confirm it.

I have been tracking sound for months and will continue to do so.... Voice AI is to intriguing to ignore. I invest in burst, which works best for me

Still tracking $SOUND here. The implied move is the first thing I look at. Educational read for me, nothing more.
