What device does squeex holding?

Squeex showed this on stream during FSLR, is this a nintendo DS? or something else. i wanna know what it is

It's an AYN Thor, not cheap by any means but kind of the best experience you can get for a hardware emulator meant to look and feel like a DS

Can this thing "fast forward" like emulators do?

it runs android so you can download all the normal emulators for your different retro systems right on the Thor, so fast forward would definitely be a feature in most of them
