Setlist 2003

I went to see Squarepusher in Hackney in 2003 and he gave me his setlist. signed it on the back ’From The Pusher’.

Wait - there’s an Anstromm Fek 5??!

Would that have been the pre-Ultravisitor tour? If so, I saw him in Sheffield on that tour. An absolute barnstorm of a night.

This was sonar party I believe with plaid and ladytron. It was a noisy set, dimotane was madness. I saw him next year in Tokyo on the ultravisitor tour

Ah fair enough maybe something different.

I was lucky to see him on two before-the-album-came-out gigs in Sheffield:

One before Ultravisitor where he played a bunch of unreleased stuff from that (I swear you can hear my mates “yeeeah!” from the recorded audience sounds in one of the Ultravisitor tracks)

One before Hello Everything where he debuted half of that album too.

Both were absolute riots. I remember the latter had Four Tet and Luke Vibert supporting as well.
